When and Why to Use a Chlorine Free Pool Shock

When people save the money and consider a swimming pool, they usually don't consider all the maintenance involved. When To Use Pool Shock

Most people use their pool the most frequently during the summer months. Therefore, it is recommended to shock the pool once a week by many. However, we believe it is best to use a shock treatment whenever it is needed. There are specific things to look for in your pool to find out if a shock is needed:

• If you find algae, you should shock the pool. However, using our ionization system will usually keep algae away.
• Remove organic materials in the pool, which can cause problems with the pH or alkalinity of the pool and must be dealt with quickly.
• To keep free chlorine in check. Though chlorine is a chemical and unhealthy in large quantities, every pool needs to have a little bit of chlorine in it, especially commercial pools. However, our system can cut your need of chlorine by up to 75 percent.
